土佐の秋友製作所が代々受け継いできた伝統的打刃物。

汎用用途に用いるこの鉈は腰鉈と呼ばれ包丁のごとく古くから日本の生活に必需品とされ親しまれてきた刃物です。
土佐の鍛冶屋の鉈はバランス良く、長切れすると定評があり日本中で愛用されております。
本製品は切れ味に優れる安来鋼青紙を刃材に使い、1本1本鍛造されたものです。
数千円の安価な鉈とは比べ物にならないほどの切れ味、刃持ち、耐久性をご堪能下さい。
ご購入後も柄の挿げ替えなど末永く職人が対応させていただきます。

This is a traditional Japanese knife in Tosa whose technique has been handed down for generations.

This multi-purpose knife has long been used as a must-carry tool in Japan due to its long lasting sharp edge.
The Aogami blade characterized by excellent sharpenes is forged one by one.
You may enjoy the sharpness and durability that are incomparable to those of cheap ones.
After purchase, the craftsmen will take care of maintenance including handle replacement.
